Bea World 2017, a Piano B il primo premio ‘Musical Event’ con ‘2017 G7 World Summit Opening Ceremony - World Environment Day’

Il riconoscimento è stato assegnato nell’ambito del Bea World 2017, il premio internazionale ideato e organizzato da ADC Group, dedicato agli eventi e alla live communication, svoltosi nella cornice del Bea World - The International Festival of Events and Live Communication. La manifestazione globale, anch’essa ideata e organizzata da ADC Group, si è tenuta dal 15 al 18 novembre 2017 nella città di Porto, in Portogallo.
Sul palco, a Porto, per ritirare il premio, è salito Maurizio Murciato, head of sales & marketing Piano B, che e20express ha sentito per un commento: “Non si è trattato di un evento musicale tradizionale, bensì di un progetto di comunicazione, che ha utilizzato la musica come linguaggio universale, per raccontare e mettere in scena in maniera spettacolare e suggestiva una storia fatta di videoarte, istituzioni, grandi e piccoli ambassador, con l'intento di sensibilizzare il pubblico sul futuro del nostro pianeta e delle nuove generazioni. Il tutto arricchito dall’esibizione unica dell’orchestra guidata dal maestro d’eccezione, Ezio Bosso”.
Gli eventi del Bea World - lo ricordiamo - sono stati valutati da una giuria composta da autorevoli esperti, manager e professionisti della live communication, provenienti da diversi Paesi del mondo. A coordinare il lavoro dei giurati quest’anno è stata la presidente di giuria, Andrea Faflikova, senior Pr & event manager Ceemea di Lego Group.

Brief description: A unique performance by master Ezio Bosso and the orchestra of Teatro Comunale of Bologna, with Ministers and exceptional Social Media Ambassadors.

Objective of the event: Organize a unique and unrepeatable event for the 2017 G7 World Summit Opening Ceremony, to raise awareness and emphasize the commitment to the planet, celebrating the World Environment Day's recurrence.
Creative idea and description of the event: An unforgettable free concert of 50 elements of the orchestra of the Teatro Comunale, with the direction of Master Ezio Bosso. A selection of compositions related to environmental issues, recycling and sustainability. Air, Water, Earth, the three themes developed during the concert and the grand finale with the interpretation of the unfinished work by Bach, a song repeatedly "recycled" in the History by various composers and performers. The Minister of Environment, the Vice Mayor of Bologna and the Minister of Culture attended the celebration on stage, presented by Maria Concetta Mattei, a journalist at national TV news. Social Ambassadors Francesco Sole and Sofia Viscardi involved young audiences through social media. 5 original short films commissioned and projected as video background.
Effectiveness: 10,000+ people live, 1.5 million interactions on social media thanks to social media ambassadors involved and 10million+ viewers thanks to national news exposure on tv and online.
Media Mix: The strategy involved a unique crafted show, designed for this happening, which represented a remarkable and newsworthy content. The guests were chosen to gain national relevance on tv and web news, a widespread word of mouth within young communities of millennials and z generation.
Budget: 400-500.000 €.
Staging and Set design: Piano B designed the narrative of the concert, using a TV show schedule and approach, involving national authorities, social media web stars with young audiences, airing a set of original short movies projected on the biggest outdoor cinema screen in Europe, built on purpose for this happening. The concert became a unique and touching experience for the audience of 10.000+ that were involved in a touching choreography with candles and lanterns.
