EuBEA: Last Call for Entries
Last 6 days to apply for the European Best Event Awards and be published in a full page

The news of this edition is that all the events subscribed on the
European Events Annual will be automatically eligible for the awards.

The publication of ADC Group is the most important collection of events at European level. A real benchmark for the events industry. As the readers and participants know, the award is given by the most representative professionals from all over Europe.
Thanks to the European Events Annual, all the entrants (winners or not) will be presented into the glossy publication distributed at the main meetings of the events industry, making the participation to the EuBEA last for long time.
EuBEA is about to close the entry period, six more days and the evaluation stage will take place.
Deadline for entries is 31st July.

The first jurors evaluation stage will end in September with the election of the shortlisted nominations. Second and last job for the jury panel will be in October, when they will evaluate the European best events assigning the awards.
Event agencies that are considering to apply, are invited to register as soon as possible in order to receive the proper assistance during the upload of the material.
Those who are entering their projects, can follow these simple steps:
• Make sure you have read the Announcement.
• To register click on 'Subscribe' (bottom right) on the Entrants page. Then we will send you some helpful tips to enter your events in the best possible way.
• Required materials:

o Logo of the organising company (jpeg 300 dpi)
o Logo of the client company (jpeg 300 dpi)
o Low resolution picture for the EuBEA website (72dpi)
o 3-5 pictures of the Event in high resolution (jpeg 300 dpi)
o Video max 3 minutes (MP4 W640px H480px with encoding 264) - the video must have a voice over reproducing the texts written in the entry form from event objective to results
