Bea World 2017, Alphaomega vince il primo premio ‘Sustainable Innovation’ con l’evento #All4thegreen

L’agenzia ha conquistato il riconoscimento grazie al progetto firmato per Banca Mondiale - Connect4Climate, nell’ambito della kermesse internazionale ideata e organizzata da ADC Group, dedicata agli eventi e alla live communication, svoltasi a Porto dal 15 al 18 novembre 2017.

Grazie all’evento ‘#All4thegreen’ (apri la gallery fotografica in alto per vedere le immagini), firmato per Banca Mondiale - Connect4Climate, Alphaomega (clicca qui per accedere alla Directory e leggere la scheda dell'agenzia) ha conquistato l’oro nella categoria ‘Sustainable Innovation’ al Bea World 2017, il premio internazionale ideato e organizzato da ADC Group, dedicato agli eventi e alla live communication, svoltosi nell'ambito del Bea World - The International Festival of Events and Live Communication, la manifestazione globale, anch’essa ideata e organizzata da ADC Group, tenutasi dal 15 al 18 novembre 2017 nella città di Porto, in Portogallo. 

Un riconoscimento importante per l’agenzia di comunicazione integrata, fondata 16 anni fa a Roma da Alberto Cassone, Giovanni Cassone ed Enrico Conforti, che realizza eventi, iniziative e progetti in tutto il mondo per decine di istituzioni e aziende, e che impegna oltre 80 tra dipendenti e collaboratori, una squadra affiatata che, con questo premio, vede riconosciuta la propria specifica competenza sul tema della sostenibilità.

‘#All4thegreen’, manifestazione interamente dedicata alle tematiche green, che ha coinvolto nel maggio 2017 l’intero centro storico di Bologna, è riuscita a trasformare un appuntamento istituzionale come quello del G7 Ambiente in un evento aperto a tutti. Il tutto facendo leva su un palinsesto di oltre 100 appuntamenti tra convegni, concerti, mostre e proiezioni cinematografiche, che ha avvicinato i cittadini al tema della tutela ambientale, generando dibattito, confronto e soprattutto aggregazione.

Il premio è dedicato alla memoria di Lucia Grenna, dirigente di Connect4Climate - Banca Mondiale e anima del progetto #All4thegreen, improvvisamente scomparsa lo scorso giugno.

#All4thegreen - G7 For The Environment

Brief description: A festival dedicated to environmental subject matters. A communication format thought to give a widespread dimension to the institutional G7 event.

Target: Transverse.

Location: City of Bologna, Italy.

Objective of the event: Activate a “cross-medial communication platform” in order to generate contents and communion on environmental and sustainable development issues, on a worldwide level. Create public-private synergies and widespread participation. Shorten distance between the institutional event and citizens. Spread the “green” culture.

Creative idea and description of the event: #All4TheGreen is created to give voice to all institutions,companies,privates involved in environmental safeguard and sustainable development.Promoted by the Ministry of Environment with the support of WorldBank,A4TG is a coordinated platform of activities,a week-long festival aimed on building awareness on the subject of sustainability with a schedule of over 100events between celebrations(WorldEnvironmentDay and WorldOceansDay),institutional events,conferences,concerts,expositions,school projects.A4TG has also left behind a permanent inheritance consisting in reclamation interventions of degraded urban areas.A local event successfull in establishing contact with the rest of the World through a constantly active digital media-zone, spreading contents and generating connections worldwide.

Effectiveness: We can assert to have created a format with elevated added value. The estimated leverage is equal to 1/130. With an initial investment of €66.000 the estimated gross consideration between “fundraising” and “in kind” amounts to approximately €8.000.000 (data to be officially ratified by World Bank).

Feature description: All4TheGreen offered to the city of Bologna a week SUSTAINABLE ENTERTAINMENT. We set in Piazza Maggiore a stage with the largest cinema screen in Europe, powered by using new generation photovoltaic panels. The power has been stored during the day through an innovative military battery system adapted to civil purposes. This made it possible to propose a schedule of concerts and projections with zero energy impact. A4TG was also an occasion to present in Europe more than 40 new eco-friendly patents. Among the many recognitions given to the most significant technological innovations, we quote a revolutionary California patent that allows you to carry and use CONTINUOUS electric power instead of ALTERNATE for any type of illuminating device (homes, offices, and industrial warehouses), giving the final user an energy saving certificate of 70%. We experimented this system for the first time in Italy to provide the DIGITAL MEDIA ZONE light spotting. The result was absolutely brilliant.

Budget:  50-100.000 €.

Staging and set design: Piazza Maggiore was host for the largest movie screen in Europe and a stage powered by solar panels which was the scene for the “sustainable entertainment” evening schedule. The week opened June 5th with the “Concert for the Earth” directed by Ezio Bosso, accompanied by a touching torchlight procession. A movie preview related to climate change was screened every night on a maxi screen in the square from June 6th to June 12th. In addition to the Piazza Maggiore setup and the ADV campaign,the center of Bologna was entirely bathed in green: -5 electric vehicles used full time for guest logistics -1 video installation in Piazza Maggiore adjacent to solar panels for stage power -1 vertical garden of 450 square meters -1.000 trees -5 “eco” phone charging benches.
