In sintonia con la sua immagine di azienda di prodotti di bellezza naturali, The Body Shop , attraverso l’agenzia Mr President(London), presenta uno spot che consolida la ‘genuinità’ della marca. Il tono disarmante del voice over e la naturalezza delle modelle sottolineano l’autenticità e attendibilità del brand, o perlomeno rispecchiano l’assenza di artificialità del prodotto stesso. E l’affermazione che “it’s not 100% natural origin, it’s 99” , oltre a “Susan. She doesn’t like much” , dà allo spot quella credibilità capace di convincere.
